Minet offers a unique supply chain risk management interactive workshop. The workshop presents a business game which simulates the workings and decision making of a company operating in a global and dynamic business environment with threats and opportunities, and emphasizes solutions based on quantitative analysis.  The participants in the workshop operate in teams.  Each team identify, analyzes, quantify and apply mitigations from risks.  At the end of each stage the team results and decision making processes are presented and discussed. 

The workshop is not computerized nor does it require special software.  Participants need only bring a laptop with Office suite.

The one day workshop consists of an opening lecture on supply chain risk management methodology, playing the game and results analysis.
